Glossary

The words you will meet in Chartist and on pump.fun, in plain terms.

Agent key
A scoped API key that lets a bot or AI agent read or trade through your account without a password or a private key.
BOOST
pump.fun sets aside part of a coin’s liquidity when it graduates and spends it buying and burning the coin over the next few minutes. The token page shows how much is left.
Bonding curve
The formula a new pump.fun coin trades on before it has a pool: the price rises as people buy and falls as they sell.
Bundle
A group of transactions sent together that land in order in the same block, or not at all.
Creator fee
The part of every trade’s fee that pump.fun pays to a coin’s creator, or to its holders on a holder-rewards coin.
Custodial
Someone else holds the key to a wallet for you. Chartist’s in-app wallets are custodial; a wallet you connect is not.
Dev buy
The creator’s own first buy of a coin, made in the same bundle as its creation.
FIFO cost basis
First in, first out: when you sell, the coins you bought earliest count as sold first. Chartist computes P&L this way.
Graduation
When a pump.fun coin finishes its bonding curve and moves to a PumpSwap pool. Also called migration.
Lamport
The smallest unit of SOL: one billionth of a SOL. Chartist does all money maths in lamports.
Limit order
An order that waits until the price reaches your level, then trades.
Market cap
A coin’s price times its total supply. Charts in Chartist are drawn in market cap.
Mayhem
A pump.fun launch mode where pump.fun’s AI agents trade the new coin for about a day.
Mint
A coin’s address on Solana. Paste it into search to open that coin.
Network fee
What Solana charges to process a transaction, including any priority fee that helps it land sooner.
PumpSwap
pump.fun’s own pool exchange, where coins trade after graduation.
Rent
A small SOL deposit Solana requires for every account, such as the token account opened on your first buy of a coin.
Slippage
How far the price may move against you between quote and fill. The trade is refused if it would move further.
Stealth funding
Funding a set of wallets through several hops, so they don’t all trace back to one wallet in one step.
Stop-loss / take-profit
Sell orders that fire when the price falls to your floor or rises to your target.
Vanity address
A wallet or coin address that starts or ends with letters you chose.
