Orders
BetaResting orders wait for your price and fire on their own, even with the tab closed. Place them from the same panel you trade from on any token page.
Order types
- Limit: buy below the current price, or sell above it.
- Take-profit: sell when the price rises to your target.
- Stop-loss: sell when the price falls to your floor.
Set the trigger as a percentage from the current price or as an exact price. Open orders for a coin are listed in the Orders tab on its token page, where you can cancel them. Orders trade from an in-app wallet, because they have to fire while you are away.
Beta
Orders are live, but a triggered order has not yet been proven end to end on mainnet. Size your first ones small and check that they behave as you expect.
Fee
A filled order is an ordinary trade: Chartist’s 1% plus pump.fun’s own fee. Placing or cancelling an order costs nothing.
What a stop-loss can’t promise
A stop fires once the price reaches your trigger, then sells at the best price available within your slippage. On a fast-moving memecoin the price can gap straight past your trigger, so the fill can land below it, or not fill at all if the price moves beyond your slippage.
Exit plans
- Multi-step exit plansComing soonThe trade panel lets you sketch up to five take-profit and stop-loss steps and draws them on the chart, but today that is a plan only: nothing is placed. To protect a holding now, place a take-profit or stop-loss order.
